These Terms govern your use of meshive, provided by INFJ Studio, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
meshive is an AI-native project management tool provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change during development.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: violating laws, infringing others’ rights, attempting to breach security, or disrupting the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service.
5. Fees
The service may be offered free during early access. Paid plans, if introduced, will be governed by pricing presented at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the service, software, and trademarks. These Terms grant no ownership in them.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD 100.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
